and all these things will be given to you as well."

Following his playing career, Quintin Demps turned his focus to coaching, mentorship, and developing young athletes. As the former Head Coach at Judson University, he instilled the same principles of hard work, resilience, faith, and character that guided him throughout his own journey. His leadership extended far beyond the football field as he poured into student-athletes with a heart for mentorship, preparing them not only for success in sports, but for life. He concluded his time at Judson by baptizing 25 students and athletes, a powerful reflection of his impact both on and off the field.

Demps also spent time coaching at Central State University, where he served as Defensive Pass Game Coordinator and Safeties Coach while contributing to the program’s defensive leadership and special teams development.

Today, Demps is focused on continuing his personal and professional growth after earning his Master’s in Theology in May 2025. Alongside his studies and ministry work, he has expanded his passion for health, fitness, and mobility training while earning his NASM certification.

A devoted full-time father, Demps has also remained connected to the game through mentoring and coaching, including working with girls flag football and helping young athletes grow in confidence, discipline, and leadership.

Outside of coaching, Demps continues pouring into the community through the Quintin Demps Foundation, which is approaching its fifth year of impacting students in El Paso and helping young people achieve their college dreams through mentorship, scholarships, and community support initiatives.

His mission remains rooted in purpose: developing men and women of character who are just as strong spiritually, mentally, and emotionally as they are physically.

Beyond athletics, Demps is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and education. He founded The Quintin Demps Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing underserved youth with academic, personal, and athletic resources. Through initiatives such as the Top Golf Scholarship Fundraiser and warm clothing drives for El Paso students, he has made a tangible impact on the lives of young people, ensuring they have opportunities to succeed.

With a career that bridges professional sports, coaching, and community service, Demps continues to embody the values of integrity, perseverance, and generosity. His unwavering commitment to making a difference—whether through coaching, mentorship, or philanthropy—serves as an inspiration to the next generation of athletes and leaders.
